South of France

I recently stayed at Beaulieu sur Mer by St Jean/Cap Ferrat where I was amazed by the light, its a sea light and was very bright. I was able to make new small paintings here and I intend to show these in my studio to an invited audience on saturday 20th sept 2008. For details contact me on 01189 340688

the local paper the reading evening post picked up on the islands lp and did a piece on me.

these sculptures were made at the same time that i got the boat and started to explore the thames you could say they were directly inspired by the experience of making these trips

songs from the river

the river thames is a constant source of renewal, each day a fresh set of circumstances, be it the sky the birds or the river itself. I never see the fish of course but I am sure they can see me.



the boat is taking me on a strange journey thats for sure.. its been a long cool summer
